Colonized a Holy World
INSTANTLY warred by the fallen empire. Forced to surrender, as my combined military power was about 15,000.

1 year later, AI has colonized the Holy World....

5 years later still not at war with the fallen empire.

Excuse me game? That's some bullshitz...

Fallen empires only send you an ultimatum if their relation with you is bad enough (-75 iirc). The AI may either have positive ethos (like fanatic xenophile), or may have have simply previously invested in an embassy to boost relations to keep them above the threshold.

That is because the AI hasnt met the fallen empire.

When they will met, AI will suffer same fate as you.

Ive a nice sacred 25 Gaia in one of my games and 3 AIs colonize it and get wasted in turns.
After 2 3 attempts each , they have stopped eheh.

You don't get automatically kicked by the Fallen Empire for colonizing one of their worlds. I was on friendly terms with my Fallen neighbour (strength 120+ k), about +75 or so. I avoided the holy worlds, until I settled on one by mistake. They were unhappy with me, but did not declare war. Maybe it helped that they were kicking my other neighbour at the time, who had settled on a gaia :)

Colonizing their world gave me a -200 debuff... so I don't really get what this whole "-75" thing is about.

I have settled 4x holy worlds at the same time before and not triggered a war. This is because my fleet strength was higher than theirs, and they knew better.

My beef is the fact that the darn AI gets the world with no backlash.

AI taking traits to their races far beyond measure, so no wonder. I had to spectate this too. 25 pop gaia sacred world colonized without consequenses at all by my neighbouring AI empire.. Freely. He was far from xenophile, but who cares?

I have a Gaia Holy world within the borders of one of my Vassals... he better not be getting any ideas about it, otherwise I'll be in a world of pain, since they'll be going to war with me. When I first saw the planet and it was called "Prophet's Retreat", my first thought was to back away very slowly.

Fortunately our relations are only -40 for me being a "Materialist Fool", and although our borders touch, get no Border Friction with them, which is good.

And quite conveniently I have a second Militarist Isolationist Fallen Empire to my "North", and although there is plenty of space between us, the Border Friction penalty is at -18, and they also have a -40 Xenophobia penlaty. I probably should think about setting up an Embassy, especially since I've been taking Border Expansion techs ;)

Vassals don't colonize.

Interesting to see other people claim FE's attack the other AI's..I've never seen this. But, I have seen AI's border up with xenophobes and nothing at all happen.

I did colonize a Holy World in my first game and the AI never went after me. It is true that you can do it if you have good enough relations.

I was fanatic spiritualist if that change anything.

That's nice to know, though they can and will setup Frontier Outposts, which is how they got that Gaia world within their borders ;)

FE do react to AI empire getting holy world.
I saw multiple times an AI empire get wiped out from the star map due to this reason.
