Anyway, as Carog the Fat said, gain a few favors (I needed 9) and on the Diplo screen with your Overlord, click on [Negotiate Agreement]. Hidden away on the right side of the next screen, right above the picture of your oppressor, click on [End Agreement], and spend the necessary favors.
Oh, and you suck, this game is so easy, I'm so awesome *gag* *gag* go-luum! Go-lum!
In the unmodded game, the only such effect is found in the Diplomacy Traditions, so without that tradition, you simply cannot leave the Agreement by asking.
The console Command yesmen can be used to force AI empires to accept any diplomatic request though.
Its not really your fault though, more like an area the developers will be working on improving even' more going into the future. Vassal and federation meta
