Console command for forcing enemy surrender
I was just suprised by an enemy attack, i took out many of their ships and am winning, but now since they still occupy far off systems, i was forced to accept status quo and give up territorry.

Is there a way to use a console command to force an enemy to surrender?

There would be "debug_yesmen" which forces the AI to agree with every proposal. Its a toggle, repeat it to turn off again.
But why play a strategy game, and then prevent the loss of territory you could not protect with cheats?

War system is garbage and makes no sense so I can understand your frustrations. But come on. . . do you not feel dirty using the console?

yeah just take it back in the next war, gives you a fun goal

The command you're looking for is "surrender [country ID] [war ID]"

Inputting this command without the war ID will give you a list of IDs for all current wars.

Just win the war the second time then, you don't need to be a pansy and cheat like this.

If he has fun playing that way why is this a problem exactly? Why does this hurt you?

What exactly is the problem with asking? How does it hurt you that I try to understand OPs reasoning? You may notice, I also answered OPs question, before asking my own.
There is no "Problem". Just pointlessness.

In console mode, you can click on a starbase in the system and write "own" to claim it. Works also with enemy fleets

This but if you can't see into system to click station not that simple.
Recommend Otter Editor from the workshop. Otherwise spawn ship into system(will spawn on mouse pointer).

Your question isn't as bad i suppose, but calling him a pansy isn't a question, it's just being a ♥♥♥♥.

When a tiny opponent can "via the magic of truces" teleport your vast armada's light years away for 10 years (for reasons), I can see not frustration, but embarrassment for such poor programming.

When people say "i understand your frustration".
Respond with: "I am not frustrated, I am embarrassed for you".
This will irk women, but will destroy men.

Try it then next time some one says "I understand your frustration".

A very weak opponent must never be able to drive out a vastly superior force, it just doesn't happen. Except in this game.:plusone:

This seems like a post written by a bot.

To you, perhaps, thanks for your valued input. (Value assigned = 0).

What I do is have ships at (ALL) of their inhabited planets, then (with orbital bombing set to kill last pop, (via a mod "Destructive bombing?), I kill off ALL their people at one time.

If they try to do a "forced truce" at this point it requires a Seance. :secretweapon_hoi::deaths::WHII_Death::riftdeath:
