So Just did this new thread from the new Prophets of the shroud.
The Gist because I was not paying attention
An offshoot group asks for sanctuary, I said yes
They set up shop and I start beefing up defense in area
The actual Prophets say that I made a bad decision
Next Action is a choice either to support the offshoot group with supplies or tell them to pack it up, I Said Yes and supported.
They start opening a portal on planet,
Result was a planetary buff "A Golden Age" +10% happiness, +20 Stability...

I will post more if it comes back and bites me in the posterior.

I've had someone start a dream-cult on one of my planets. I ended up taking a hands-off approach and it ended with a planetary buff "Psionic Communion", that gave me +unity and +stability I think (Will have to check).

Those fates do sure seem worthwhile (Even if I get Locus more then anything else, which "just" give me an anomaly).
