Best stellaris sales come from Humble Bundle though.

The Overlord DLC will arrive on the 12th of May, maybe a week before the DLCs are on sale. I guess this week or the next there will be discounts here on Steam. But most discounts are 20% 30% up to 50%. Well there could be discounts of up to 75%.

Click on DLCs, pick the one you want, it will show you a price history, the largest discount and how frequent the discounts are. Utopia regularly goes on sale for 50% off. If you check packages you can get information on bundles, which have dropped prices for many of the old DLCs to as low as like 62% off.
Seriously, the only reason I made this post is because I didn't want to pay twenty dollars for part of a game when that much money could buy a full game elsewhere.
I just started playing a week ago, and bought everything from Instant Gaming. I got the base game for 3 dollars,,and Utopia for 6. Everything is still 60 to 90 percent off. I usually buy from Steam to make sure the developers get their money, but these developers don’t deserve it. In my opinion.
This, I got all mine from there as well. Great site. never had an issue.
Yeah, I didn’t have any issues either. I was a little leery at first, but 6 and 3 dollar purchases are not to worrisome in general. I ended up buying all the big DLC’s for a few dollars each.
If anyone else is looking for the game or DLC, it’s still 60 to 90 percent off.
For those who receive and buy in dollars, it is nothing to worry about. But for those who have their local and devalued currencies, dlcs are extremely expensive. The value that these DLCs have even with discounts in my country is extremely expensive, I could buy Cyberpunk 2077 and No Man's Sky at 50% discount and maybe there would be a few handfuls of money left over.
