No, they don't have new ships.
Machine Empires represent a machine that has appropriated the technology of it's organic creator. Thus, they use the organic ships.
The ships are called "Networked AI Shipsets". It's not NSC/RSC compatable (missing ship classes are filled in with mamallian ships). But if you don't use either of those mods, These ships, while not as polished as Paradox's, have a rather TRON-like look to them and aren't that bad.
