Deluge Weapon-type option missing (Colossus)

So I have all the DLCs on (including aquatic and apocalypse, no mods), I have both the hydrocentric and colossus project, when researching the project the I get only two options; World Cracker and Neutron Sweep. Am I missing something to get Deluge?

I think that the other Colossus weapon types come later as researchable technology. Choose one of those now, but wait to build your Colossus until you research the tech that you want. Then you can change it in the Ship Designer.

Yea, no idea if it's supposed to be selectable as the first one (no idea why it wouldn't though), but as long as it's researchable after.

Yep, once I had picked one and researched the project, in ship designer Deluge Machine was there (no extra research).
