Can't login to Paradox Account

My user name and password do not work for my Paradox Account. I have tried resetting the password multiple times, I receive the email and change it, but I am unable to log in with any password no matter how many times I change it. I have tried using a VPN to change my location as well, to no avail. I can't submit a support ticket on the forums or any other Paradox medium since it requires that I log in as well. Any help in solving this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Yes, all I got was an automatic reply saying that i had to go to the support website and login to submit a ticket, so I'm stuck in a loop.
