[SOLVED] Is it possible to change logistic growth ceiling/required growth scaling mid-game?

I can't find anything that tells you how to change pop growth rules mid-game that's helpful. The closest thing I could find is this one Reddit post but it's 8 months old and out of date because the POP_GROWTH lines in the defines.txt have been changed since then all the mods in the workshop are outdated as well.

I’m guessing its a property of the save these days, and so if its ironman you can’t really do a whole lot about it. Otherwise you should be able to edit it in the save, but I don’t know what the lines would be.

I found it. Because the save is compressed and there's no disable option in-game I opened it with 7zip and opened the gamestate with Notepad++. The lines are "logistic_ceiling=" and "growth_scale="
