The Black Crown?

playing a devouring swarm rn and I took over another species home system (and the rest of their empire) and I saw this broken gateway in the system called "Black Crown" and decided to repair it (just started and it'll take another 680 days), I'm guessing it has to do with the gateway origin? I haven't played that one yet and don't know if it's dangerous for me to open, should I prepare for anything? is it just the start of my gateway network?

The Gateway origin's event chain just breaks if you take it over early enough to steal the archaeology.
Only one of the preceding events is harmful, discounting the spent scientist and ship, otherwise it's a normal gateway.

And the event is 'harmful' in only the most meaningless sense of the word. The 3 base corvettes you start with defeat the enemy that appears from the gate without any losses.
