One planet strategy is back?

No way to increase admin cap + 30 size ocean world paradise (upgradable with unity).

i guess it could be a good opening strategy, but will certainly fall behind later on when other civs leverage their much higher numbers of pops and resources.

Lets say going wide means you get +100% penalty, what this means is if each world made 30 science, without science boosts, would be equal to making 15 pushing against tech x2 as expensive.

Large empires have larger economies and more science but less efficient science. likely the optimal range is probably having like a 20 star nugget... or 40.

The players that like playing small with tech will likely love this update.
