My approach is to start as ultra spiritual authoritarian Corporation, then spec into ultra xenophile spiritual. Now I can raid, they become free citizens and end up eaten.

Laughing even harder as he gets 50% happiness with amenities just as the gestalt with a slave. While also paying amount of good that might as well be non exsistant.
I do agree that you can play non slaving. You can use immigration to benefit largly.

Misremembered the galactic resolution, trade ban just stops that side of the market, but there is one of a few living-standards bans on "The Greater Good" which actually include breach-of-law.
BUt to be serious. Some first contact funny. Especially when you play as a Hive Minded devouring swarm and the first cretin you meet greet you as a "Hello Xeno friend, we seek peaceful live together" :D
Pleasure seeker? Wait is some civic ethic or something. I am sure i saw this in the game somewhere. What that Pleasure Seeker stuff does? Never know what is that does exactly.
