Psi Corps new effect?

I noticed that the Psi-Corps building seems to have an effect where it increases...something by 10%.
However, there is nothing that I could that tells me what this is.

No, it's not stability. I know what the icon for that looks like. It's something else.

Anyway, as you can see there's a third icon next to the crime reduction effect that looks like a little blue guy with a grey block and a green arrow pointing up. What does that mean?

Can't answer the question about the icon. But to link a screenshot in the forums you go to your screenshots in steam, press the screenshot to bring it up in a popup then copy the link at the top.

telepath job now also gives a 5% bonus to resources from planet jobs. the building has 2 job slots, so you get a 10% bonus from both combined, so i guess that must be the associated icon.

Oh there it is. I was looking under the Psi Corps entry of the wiki so I didn't find it.

Stellaris is one of the few games were you can search the info in the files without a programm telepth job adds indeed 5% to job production each planet_modifier = {
planet_crime_add = -35
planet_jobs_produces_mult = 0.05
}
