Does the end game crisis work properly yet?
I feel like these have been broken in some shape for longer than they've not. Are the end game crises able to expand, invade worlds, purge worlds, and reinforce themselves, or generally have a chance at winning without imploding on themselves?

Last I recall, they would expand a little bit and then get stuck, turtling up at their borders without ever wanting to leave.

This bug still exists today, i guess they assume no one will get this far to bother fixing it.

I haven't seen nor heard of this issue in quite some time. If you do experience this issue, please fill out a bug report.[forum.paradoxplaza.com]

Thanks!

It depends on (bad) luck.

Particular the zerg are susceptible, as they always spawn at the border of the map. If this is some kind of a pocket they don't get far.

Unbidden can spawn all over the place, so it's less likely they end up in a pocket.

Contingency spawns at 4 locations all around the map. They will cause trouble.

I've not experienced that in a long time, the problem I have with the crisis is in some games they flatly don't even spawn.

When they do though they function as they should.

They might slow down as they bomb down large populations or fortress worlds, but they haven't gotten stuck in quite some time.
