Ringworld Research District not available

Hey,
I wanted to start a research rush as a swarm. However, I don’t have a research district to build. Was it removed with some patch from the ring worlds or am I too blind to find it?

Ring World Origin was changed in 3.2. You no longer start with a fully functional Ring World.

@Elitewrecker PT yes exactly.
I saw in a video that you can build a research district on a ring world after only 2 or 3 years. But I don’t have a research district that I could build.

They changed the origin, u have to restore the ringworld to get full access to everything
