EW did you know where it says the penalties? I saw a penalty under growth although also it said something like, "Radiotropic Modifier Reduction 75%". I'm not sure but I wonder if that cut the food shortage penalty by 75%? I wasn't sure how it impacted alloys. I def seemed to produce less but I couldn't figure out why for certain. Related question, in a normal game where minerals produce alloys, where does it show 0 minerals impacting alloy production?
Thanks!!
Alternatively, maybe in the empire modifier window.
The alloy penalty is 50% for both cases (normal metallurgists without minerals, catalytic without food).
-75% is the growth penalty for having no food, guess it affects plantoids the same even with the special growth civics.
