Can Biotrophies auto-resettle?

Title. I am playing a Rogue Servitor with a cursed idea of integrating every single empire of my Small galaxy and storing all the organics on a bunch of ring worlds. Resettling a single biotrophy manually takes 10 influence and leaving the planet entirely takes 200. Will "Greater than Ourselves" siphon all the biotrophies out of freshly-integrated planets onto the comfortable ring worlds?

I mean probably if they are unemployed and there are free bio trophy jobs elsewhere

Oh hey, they do resettle automatically! I just had to turn off migration controls. Yeah, me not smart sometimes.
