Sanctuary Ring World
I got a big fat sanctuary ring world in one of my systems. Protected by some serious military.
When I discovered it, it said it housed a few species that were considered protected, The automated contact said stay away. I never touched it since but now I have the fleet to go and take the ring.
Fast forward a century to meeting an FE thats quite friendly to me and ok to deal with.
One day the FE said they would like a sample of my species for their sanctuary.

So I'm putting 2+2 together here and assuming that ring world is their sanctuary?
Anyone know for sure before I get clobbered by the FE trying to take the ring?

It's not their ring world, their Sanctuary planet is in their borders and you can actually see it if you've explored their space or have high enough sensors and ships nearby. If you dealt with the ships defending the Ringworld, you should be in the clear to take it over.
