Is there a point to unity once you have all traditions?
Like if i go hard on unity civics and ethics, do they just stop providing any meaningful value once i have all 9 traditions?

There are unity ambitions (in the edicts page) that you can spend unity on, once you have researched the tech that unlocks them. Once you have unlocked all of your traditions and you have enough unity income to pay to run all of the unity ambitions (or all that you want to run) continually then excess unity is wasted. Depending on your empire, you may be able to replace buildings that provide jobs that create unity with other buildings that provide something else which is still of value to your empire (to reduce the needless production of excess unity).
