Rogue servitors need another way to obtain bio trophies

So far it seems like war and random refugee events are the only way to get bio trophy pops, which seems to make unity production very difficult to upscale in a short period of time. Servitors should have a diplomatic option to trade or ask for biological pops from other empires, similar to the custodian.

If there is something like that currently in the game, or if there is a strategy I'm missing, please let me know. I think it's a fun empire type but it does not seem to perform well at its main task.

Are you aware you can change the species rights to allow your own bio trophies species to grow? IIRC they start with pop control on because them growing too early would muck up the job ratios too much
