Weather Control Systems building?

i have the Weather Control Systems it mentioned a building unlocked with that tech but i dont see the option to build it? how does that work

Anti-Gravity Engineering: I have not seen it available. Will it even show up without the right DLC? And which DLC would that be? I started on a relic world with the option to Restore Ecumenopolis if I get that tech.

The anti-gravity engineering tech requires the weather control systems tech. To my knowledge, it does not require DLC. Due to the tech card system it can take a while to show up, just keep researching techs.

Anti-Gravity Engineering has no DLC requirements.

It does have one restriction, however: if you have the Agrarian Idyll civic, you cannot research it.

I always keep my relic worlds as relic worlds. They are much more valuable early game this way. Late game when you need the alloy district you can consider restoring it but more often times than not, I find another one or two relic worlds late and just restore those.

I do not have the Agrarian Idyll CIVIC but I did grab the Agrarian Idyll RESEARCH some time ago. If that will harm my chances, is there a way to delete that research and keep looking for the Anti-Grav?

EDIT: Got it! Thanks for the help. I just needed to be a little more patient.
