Hey, why isn't there a Necrophage rebellion type?
Similar to how slaves are more prone to revolt when planetary stability is low and tend to form Egalitarian empires when they do, what if Necrophages in non-Necrophage empires had their own revolt mechanics? Specifically, stability has to be kept above 40 to prevent revolts even without slaves if a planet has Necrophage pops on it. And if a revolt happens, only the Necrophages will have an opportunity to be the dominant species of the newly formed empire, which will also have Necrophage origin instead of the usual Separatists.

Also, you'd need to add a planet modifier to specify that the Necrophages are the ones revolting(similar to the Slaves Radicalizing modifier), so planets that have that modifier could also be prone to unrest events that turn other pops into that Necrophage species. It'd be a fun mod even if the devs won't add it.
Yes we need this
Like, the species trait implies the ability to consume other pops is biologically inherent to the Necrophage species, and yet they completely lose this ability when outside of their original empire currently as far as I can tell. Even if Necrophage pops revolt and establish a new empire they still can't, which is really weird considering overthrowing another species was how their original empire came into being in the first place... (Also yes, this post was intended as a bump, but I thought I'd at least add something to the discussion with it :P )
