Egalitarian faction 100% Approval ?
Is it possible to get egalitarion faction to stay at 100% faction approval? I tried to create a civilization around the idea of minmaxing the influence gain through egalitarism but seems like according to wiki there is no way to reach higher than 75% approval in the early game for egalitarian faction. This feels so stupid considering that the big bonus of egalitarism is the +25% or +50% faction influence gain but comparing it to xenophile for example which can get up to 90% approval.

The theoretical xenophile one faction government at 90% approval would make 1,8 influence monthly vs the egalitarian faction at 75% approval making 1,875. If you have fanatic egalitarian this would theoretically push your influence gain to 2,25 influence. So for investing heavily into fanatic egalitarism you are rewarded in total with maximum of 0,45 influence gain which is not even as much as just getting one point in authoritarism and forgetting about factions. In total you gain 9,3% increase in total influence gain through min maxing fanatic egalitarism in a theoretical optimal setting.

Paradox pls fix and buff.

I'm afraid its too niche issue for devs to care. I'm primarily just looking for answer if there is way to push the faction above 75% approval without embracing.

Your theoretical example doesn't really mean much since you'll never have only one faction, and the game isn't designed around theoretical scenarios.

In the real game, you'll always have a few factions at least, and in a large empire you're pretty much guaranteed to have all of them. As an Egalitarian you do leech extra Influence from those other factions, plus your own faction approval is very easy to handle through policies alone unlike some others (looking at you, Pacifists) that require you to play a specific way to keep faction happiness topped.

Overall, imho there is no problem here.

I thought global happiness buffs effected faction approval? Like if you had tree of life.

It works the other way round.

The faction approval adds happiness bonuses to pops following the faction's ethos.
This caps out at 80% faction approval.

This happiness bonus stacks with other happiness factors, like living under Utopian Abundance living standards. Pop happiness directly affects their governing ethics attraction and reduces crime.

In turn, happiness boosts the individual Pop Approval Rating in each colony, which is the pop happiness weighted by their political power. This approval rating ultimately determines the stability bonus each colony gets.

One can boost xenophile over 100%, But depending on the playthrough demands may be impossible to fulfill. Like finding enclaves, getting 4 species, or finding friends at all.

The egalitarian demands work nearly equal under all circumstances. And are always in your control. The European living standard offers a flat happiness boost so large you outright enact it at the start of the game. if you play ultra egalitarian peaceful you still can warmonger and your people are fine about it.

Ah yes the European living standard, it's what the xeno's crave.
