Smallest Planet ever seen?
I actually got a size 9 planet, or moon technically makes sense but never seen one so small. I think 11 was the smallest

I've seen an 8 size once, maybe a few times. Don't remember if they were moons or planets, and don't remember if it was before or after 2.2, or both.

I don't think it goes lower than that without mods or console commands.

naturally size 8, thou i think in older versions the worm could convert you some size 5-6 moons

Size 8. imagine needing to colonise that; prime test site for a planet cracker.

In the wild 9.
One of the planets spawned by The Worm in Waiting is always size 6.

Pop Growth is Pop Growth, no matter how small the planet.

I think you can get smaller than that when you get the Horizon Signal.
Normally planets are restricted to be within certain sizes if they're habitable (or terraforming candidates), but the Horizon Signal event turns all solid planetary bodies in your capital system into habitable tomb worlds - even moons that were never meant to be colonized and that are below the cut-off.

Planet cracker is a doomsday weapon research choice after the unity perk pick (yes) . habitable planets spawn a mineral deposit when they crack.

Never finished it. It seems a bit risky doesn't a hellspawn or whatever spawn in your home system? Plus you lose like every scientist you send to it lol

Size 5 "The Interloper" Shattered World on a Shattered Ring start with The Horizon Signal event.
