As far as i know, there is nothing outright stopping every empire in the galaxy from taking the "become to crisis perk".
However the AI is very unlikely to pick the perk if there is another "become the crisis" empire in the galaxy.
I'm just playing vanilla. Didn't even know this can happen. I thought even with multiple empires with this tradition the game would only one to become The Crisis at a time.
Then that would certainly up it. Since they'd run out of things to pick.
Also excepting pacifists, subjects, galactic custodian and emperor.
The moment a human becomes the Crisis it goes from a 50 to a 5
Is it possible to have peace with Crisis empires? I just destroyed an atherophasic engine of one of the Crisis empire and I would love for this two front war to end.
