How to build the Mega Art Installation
As titled. How to build it? Can I even build it?

I have both Utopia DLC and the Mega-Engineering tech, but not the Galactic Wonders Ascension Perk. However, the AP in-game description does not say anything about Mega Art Installations, but only Ring Worlds, Dyson Sphere, and Matter Decompressor. Neither does the wiki page say it.

Uhhhh...

The Mega Art Installation is linked to the Mega Corp DLC, also you would need to research the tech to build the mega structure after you get mega-engineering which is a rare tech located in the society tree in this case.

Art installation, insterstellar assembly, strategic center and matter decompressor are from megacorps.

Ah, thx. I think this rare tech is the one I'm missing. And yes, it is MegaCorps. My bad.
