Galaxy Edition

The game is on sale, but you can pay a few bucks more for the Galaxy Edition? I cannot find a description for the Galaxy Edition. Can anyone explain, or tell me where to find the info please? Thank you

You can find the information about what the Galaxy Edition includes on the main store page for Stellaris:

You'll want to scroll down the the section labeled "About This Game" and then look for the link "Read More" above that section. Click that link to open up some hidden information, and then scroll down to the section "Galaxy Edition", which describes what you get.

Note that the exclusive alien race portrait listed there has since been made available to everyone, so don't buy the galaxy edition just for that.

It does if you press the first "read more" button (there are 2 read more buttons).

Other than that, the rest is just digital swag you wont use.
Meh. Save your dough for another dlc.

Huh. In what pack, or patch? They really need to re-word that offer then.

I don't have the Galaxy Edition, but I do have access to that portrait. It was unlocked for everyone in a patch, but I don't happen to recall which one. If I recall correctly, several other portraits that were previously exclusive to other things were also made available to everyone at the same time.
