Stellaris Workshop mods not downloading [SOLVED]
Ok, I have more or less tried everything. Re-installing Stellaris, Re-installing Steam. I'm not opted into any steam betas. I switched my download region, I cleared my download cache. No matter what the mods I want to download will not download from steam. I'm at my wits end here and I have no clue what to do. Stellaris itself is fine, does anybody here have any idea? All i wanna do is play a multiplayer game with some friends ; w ;

I don't know if it will help any, but I linked the collection here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1653243528

Credit for this solution goes to "Ragnarok" who posted it on the primary Guilli's Planet Modifiers branch.

In the launcher as well, when i hit 'reload installed mods' it updates everything to say.. 'This mod is not present on disk Subscribe to it or remove it from the playset.' Even though I have unsubscribed to all my mods and attempted to re-download them.

I also went into my workshop folder on the steam drive, completly cleared that out. As well as the mod folder in my stellaris folder. Unsubscirbed to all and resubscribed. Steam still won't download anythin.

Haven't played for a couple of weeks, but after seeing this thread, I loaded up the game with about 30 mods or so, loaded a previous save and all works just fine.

I dunno, I think I have some sort of idea of what happened. So it turns out I have two steam directories. One on my C: drive and one on my I: drive. Stellaris was installed on my C drive, but there were still filles leftover on the I drive even though I uninstalled it from there. I did a full wipe from my I drive just now removing everything related to stellaris and hopefully we will see if this fixes it. I dunno tho.
i too have this problem and its honestly so close to breaking me on this game

Turn out that didn't even fix it, so i'm left with no clue again.

I'm having this issue right now with one mod. It was working yesterday now its not

Just figured it out. Remove the mod thats not working from all playsets then reload installed mods and it will work.

I did this, yet it only shows 10 of the 60 mods i have installed as actually downloaded. The rest all say 'not present on disk.'
Which is the same issue I've been having, steam isn't downloading the mods from the workshop and installing them.

have you tried checking the folder to see if they are there? If they are not we might be having a different problem.
