Graphics option not saving

Anyone else having the issue the game keeps defaulting to a refresh rate of 23?
I keep setting it to 144 as that is my monitors rate... Changing it forces you to restart for it to apply, yet when i do it defaults back to 23 - this despite the fact the settings file Dose say 144hz

Is that the only setting that keep changing at game restart? Because if not, than it can be something like geforce experience overwriting your settings each time.

It is the only setting that keeps resetting. I even cleared out Geforce experience thing so it had no games listed

Make sure that it isn't GeForce's default setting, I know there was at one point a situation where it would default to some sort of "Streaming" mode at 23-24fps locked.

Yep, I have the same. I have a 120hz monitor but it keeps resetting to 60hz after closing the game and re-opening

Its not a Geforce only problem because I run an RX 5700 XT and I'm getting the 23Hz refresh rate listing too.

The game crashes if I make my settings file read only, too. The colours look washed-out now, too. Dark and dull now, makes it hard to look at the screen probably because I have a 144Hz monitor and the game will only run at 60Hz.

It's the launcher which is broken and make fps limiter bug. It's broken since the imperator release and yet not fixed.

Yeah I cant change out of fullscreen. Trying to put it into borderless windowed but it refuses to stay ticked. Its like I click the button to make it borderless, and it instantly changes back to fullscreen. I get the message "We were unable to save the game settings. Please try again."

This is not technically a sollution in my mind, BUT it did work for me as a temp sollution at least.
