anomaly ids

I want to add anomalies in game like limbo or speed demon, but when I look at the files, none of the anomaly ids are listed? Can one tell me where to find them?

The relevant files are under steamapps/common/Stellaris/events/
Limbo is in 'anomaly_events_7.txt' right at the top with the id 'anomaly.185'.

adding anomalies requires the anomaly category id, not events. Events simply trigger the end result and often doesn't work as the code requires a ship and a planet both selected at the same time for event trigger, which can't be done at all normally in game. So adding anomalies are the only way sometimes for anomalies such as grimacing.

If you're adding via the console then you put "add_anomaly <anomaly category>" while you have the desired planet selected. The category is right under the name of the anomaly... so for Crashed Ship the anomaly category is "crashed_ship_asteroid_category ".
