How to find an Item ID

Trying to fix something that went wrong with a save and recreate a situation but there's a relic from a mod that I can't find the ID for.
Are there specific files you can look in for a list of relic ids?

I can find the base game 'relics' txt file with them but not MOD content.

or a command that will bring up a tooltip with an ID if you hover over it.

If I hit tab while in the command console it'll bring up a list of commands and end with +153 more but I can't figure out a way for them to just all be listed

Yeah I've gone through the command console lists, can't find anything that will list all relics available.

And I've locked at 'documents/paradox/stellaris/mods' folder but there are only audio files there.

I can give myself ALL the relics but that's real messy and breaks the game.

what you have mods that adds hundreds?

Roughly double the number of relics total?
But I did the 'add all' and it got me like +300 power and +100 alloy plus a few other things per month. And early game that's game breaking.

ah cool. Ok I found the mod files in here

But it's numbered instead of named, and not broken down into which game the mod is for so this may take me a while XD
