Why do PC controlled Dimensional Fabricators not produce Dark Matter, Living Metal etc.?
I notice FE controlled Dimensional Fabricators produce everything except nanites while PC controlled only create 3.

BTW, is there a mod that fixes this?

dimensional fabricator should only be producing minerals, gas, crystals and motes.

Theory it isnt a bug that needs fixing. but there are some mods that makes it also provide the things FE's get.
