How do i unlock Sentry Array and Science Nexus?
How do i unlock the megastructures that are not a part of Galactic Wonders AP? I want to unlock this perk but i don't have any ruined megastructures in my empire. It says that i can also build one but i can't find a way to unlock them.

once you have the megastructures technology your constructors should be able to build them around most planets, upgrading it to level 4 then counts as your mega structure completed allowing the ascension perk wonder builders or whatever its called.

You need to get the mega-engineering tech and then they'll eventually pop up in the engineering tree
