Good civics and traits for hive mind?

I am new to the game and I am trying out some super-wide no care aggression species and wonder what is the best for that pourpose.

First time I went for devouring swarm, natural neural network and extremely adaptve and intelligent but I wonder if it is any good or there are better options.

PS: No idea but a quick notice: Is fleeting literally free points on a hive mind?

Ascetic to reduce the amount of amenities needed and an increase in habitability, also empath for better diplomacy with other empires so you can keep them off your back.

For origin best go with the tree of life, it gives another growth bonus on top of the basic hivemind growth bonus.

Extremly adaptive is a bit expensive, better take rapid breeders
