Unable to build Titan
I finally unlocked the Titan and designed 2 versions of the ship but despite the fact I have the resources I cant reinforce the fleet to get one in the build queue. Also is it normal to not be able to transfer the Either Hatchling or the derelict cruiser into a fleet with other ships?

If you try building one directly in the shipyard you're hoping to use, the tooltip will tell you what you're lacking. I just hit Titans for the first time this morning, and it was, indeed the Titan Assembly Building that was missing. Needs to be on a Citadel-grade Starbase, too.
