I saw this on the Stellaris Wiki page in the Modding section, sounds outstanding to use but where would I find this to use? And has anyone every used it, just want to make sure this is a real thing even if I get lucky to find it?

seems to be rather dead and unmaintained but Stellaris is VERY simple in the way it handles this so it cant really go out of date. I'm using portrait mods a few versions out of date with 0 issues. As a general notice to everyone tho I had to do some work to get dis to work resizing, adding a transparent background and reformatting images. Not to bad tho a basic understanding of GIMP/photoshop and you can do it.

sadly not plug and go but Stellaris wants some rather particular image sizes and very much wont do the work for you.
