Kann man einstellen das wenn man fenstermodus spielt, das wenn man aus dem fenstermodus rausklickt (auf eine zb Internet Seite) das , dass spiel Automatisch auf Pause geht?

The game does not automatically pause when you change focus away from Stellaris. This applies to every mode: windowed, fullscreen windowed, and fullscreen. You will need to pause the game yourself if you want it to pause.
