also commercial pacts are a combination of 'free idea market' and 'consumer benefits'
the energy credits you get should be part of the ones you get via trade/trade value and are accordingly listed in your energy credit breakdown
So far from the numbers I've seen when proposing them: unless you are a megacorp don't even bother. The influence it costs isnt worth the small amount you get and even when you swim in influence and need energy, activating the energy-production boost edict is most likely more profitable.
There might be special cases where it actually might be worth it, but they are few.
What it can actually be good for is building trust with another empire since it doesnt bring you into their wars (like a guarantee might), it doesnt give them help with getting better tech (like the tech-pact does, especially when you are more advanced then them) and it doesnt get your their pops on your planet (in case you don't want that), so its the least impactful "low-key" treaty there is.
Actually while I agree that I would like to have the quick breakdown from that topline differentiate between domestic trade and trade agreements' income, a breakdown by individual trade agreements would be cluttering what is supposed to be a quick overview a bit much.
Pretty much would like to see that on the diplo-window and if it would be just as a tooltip when you go over the tradepact with that empire.
And ofc have that information added when another empire offers one, honestly had me baffled that it isnt already the case especially given that you get the info displayed when you offer one. Kinda hope it was an oversight and gets corrected.
