Juggernaut Federations/Apocalypse DLC Issue
So I just began my first real playthrough of stellaris in ironman mode about a week ago, and I've noticed that after I have researched through everything in the tech tree, nothing pops up to research the juggernaut. After searching some online, it is looking like you need the apocalypse DLC to be able to research the juggernaut, which is not advertised at all. I don't have apocalypse, and I'm wondering if anyone else that doesn't can confirm that this is an issue? Hopefully it was something overlooked and will be fixed soon, because I wouldn't have paid for federations if I'd known about this.

No, the module (which is actually a building) itself was changed to unlock if you have the titans tech OR the juggernaut tech.

The problem is, the juggernaut tech (which requires the Federations DLC) is dependent on the titans tech (which requires the Apocalypse DLC).

...which pretty much has to be unintentional, otherwise they wouldn't have made the change to the starbase building.

@OP:
If you want to unlock the Juggernaut tech, you can use one of the following console commands to make it show up as a guaranteed research option that skips the requirement checks:

effect add_research_option = tech_juggernaut

Or if you're willing to cheat freely, use this one to unlock the tech directly:

research_technology tech_juggernaut

Yeah I'd say you're prob right, guess I'll wait and see if they fix it before considering getting apocalypse

Thanks for the command tip! I'm in ironman mode, so I don't think I can use it right now, but since I'm nearing the end of the game anyways, I'll keep it in mind for the next playthrough. And you must be right then about it being unintentional. Since it has barely been out they'll prob notice soon enough.

Things like this are why I never play Ironman, especially on a fresh patch.

Yeah I've also got an issue with the enigmatic fortress being bugged out pretty bad, and I guess its been an issue for years, so being in ironman doesn't help at all.
