The DH one-shots battleships, so make a mixed fleet. Put plasma cannons on your ships. Giga Cannons and Tachyon Lances have great range, that's their main advantage, but it doesn't mean they're the right weapon for everything or that they will win you every battle. The TL in particular isn't the mega weapon it used to be anymore, you want Focused Arc Emittors instead these days if you're dead bent on using a X weapon against armor.
Just because a mod lets you build Titans doesn't mean they're the answer to everything. As I said, the DH one-shots any ship, so you're better off with small or medium ships.
I'll vouch in support of that. 1st time I attacked the DH was with a fleet of 30 battleships and retreated with 10 left. Round 2 was with a horde of 200 corvettes which took minimal casualties. Bigger guns isn't always the answer.

Use this.
Don't use shields or armour, just go full evasion. Stick all gamma lasers and you'll be fine.
Also, don't use strike craft, the Horror has a spawnkill instakill point defense system.
IMO this discussion is silly. Guardians don´t move anywhere, anyone has all the time they need to make that 50k fleet with veteran admiral that will stomp any guardian.
Except the wraith
