It would be nice to know who is selling your founder species in th-
e ♥♥♥♥ing slave market s, so I can ♥♥♥♥ them up lol. I am also flushing the market with 1k food because of this relic that lets me bring 3 random unique species. These species are my food-processing-slaves. I don't have a single food district. Other empires don't have a problem with eating alien flesh. Is that ok? there should be a food category.

I mean... That'd give everyone with a shared species agreement a casus belli. That'd be hell.

what?! I have never heard of that agreement. You mean a immigration treaty? There are many causis belli not just that one be more informative before posting. noob

Yes... the Immigration treaty. Which gives other empires the ability to take in your pops...which they can then sell. So no - Having a CB because someone sells your founder species is not a particularly good idea.

... noob (Or something. Not sure why we're acting like effing children all of a sudden, but hey)

I am just glad that you have no influence over Stellaris because mediocrity will triumph.

"Everyone should get CBs to declare war on each other"

That's some interesting stellar plans you've got there, sport.

Lock it behind Egalitarian. Make it only proc when a pop is sold on the market.

I interpret it as Egalitarian only being able to receive any CB to declare war on any empire selling your founder species. That the CB should fire the instant one of your species hits the slave market.

Xenophobic who aren't pacifists should get a diplomatic options which end with "or die". Return our people, or die. Stop enslaving our people, or die.

I'd also like the UNoE to stop getting into migration treaties with slavers, especially if I'm the CoM. I've had the UNoE turn xenophobic in several games because of that.

Though there should be more diplomacy options in general. A way to tell an other empire to stop doing X or you'll do Y. Y being a choice of what options the player has, close borders, declare war, genocide their entire species by eating them, and blow up their homeworld with the colossus on the border. I want to tell the criminal syndicate to stop setting up black markets on my planets, but the only tool I have to do that is declaring war and destroying their civilisation. A good "oy, stop doing that" while pointing at a battlefleet 100 times more powerful than their entire navy should work.

My friend was in a migration treaty with a fanatic militarist authoritarian only, and he kept seeing his species populations on the slave market, I thought that was really a xenophobic oriented civilization did?

He ended up fixing the situation by just cutting off the migration treaty and buying all his pops off the market.

what about the empires that enslave part of (almost?) all pops? I think even xenophiles can enslave pops with certain civics that don't species enslave but just... enslave like 40% of all pops.

I'm always getting pop ups saying there's some human on the market, I never considered it was my migration treaties. I've got them with over half the galaxy though. You would think my empire would have some sort of travel office warning people that they're most likely going to get arrested and sold after their 2 week holiday.

I think it would be cool if slavery was more of a bigger deal, maybe make it so you could outlaw it in the new galactic community thing, fight liberation wars on behalf of the slave pops in someones empire and then they'd form a new empire with different ethos.
