How to see/use minor artefact ?

I excavated a bunch of archeological sites, got more than a hundred of minor artifacts (i know that thanks to the achievments), but i can't see my total possession in-game.
Furthermore, I got the tech called "arcane deciphering" which is used to transform minor artifact into science. But I don't where I am supposed to do so.
Someone help ?

Go to the traditions tab, then at the bottom there's a button that says relics.

These "minor artifacts" do not, however, show up there. At least they are not listed anywhere for me. I was told I got 3, and then another 3 a few months later. They are not listed under "relics".

Minor artifacts require the ANcient Relics DLC to be used.

not 100% but I dont think you need ancient relics to use the planetary decision

OK thanks. I do not have that DLC. Does that mean the game is giving me a "reward" for something I cannot use?

In part. There are other rewards you can get, but the minor relics will be useless to you.

OK thanks. Wouldn't it be better to not offer this questline if you dont have the DLC?

By questline you mean digsites? They give other rewards.

As I said, you can get other rewards. It's just the minor relics you cannot use.
