If you want to get rid of them, as long as you're running the "AI Servitude" policy, you can put them on the slave market (assuming that you have Megacorp), and eventually someone might buy them. You could also in theory move all your unwanted robots to an outlying planet/habitat, give it to a Spiritualist, and then conquer it back later, sans robots.
That mod let you choose to make "conquered robot slaves" from meatbag empires, which you find obsolete (since you can't upgrade them), to become undesirables and getting purged along the rest.
That probably should still be something Paradox should implement as regular option into the basegame in some future fix :-/
