How to add deposits to a planet?

I am looking to add like ten minerals and ten energy to a planet, I have tried effect orbital_deposit_tile={add_deposit=d_mineral_deposit} and {select planet} planet_resource mineral 10 and they say executing script but im not seeing anything

If it's an inhabited planet, you need to add planetary features to it, not add a flat resource drop on it.
