But for those who may not know this regardless.

You dont need to Claim certain Empires or Factions.
Exterminators and Fanatic Purifiers. As well as Crisis Empires and Factions etc.
Will not need to be Claimed to get their Territory.
If You go to War with them. Any Territory Conquered will immediately be fully taken instead of being Occupied.
So any Territory You got when the War ends. Will be Yours.
