Any solutions to the Empty Event Box problem?
It's been a game-breaking problem issue and I haven't been able to fix it on my own.
I've tried a couple different ways like deleting the Event.txt(probably not the right name but you get the idea) and checking the integrity of the game.
If anyone can point me in the right direction then that would be amazing.

What are you talking about?

Infinite dialogue boxes with no text and just an option to pick.

Oh, I haven't seen this bug so I didn't know what he was talking about.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Ya, that's what I had to do to find the culprit.

You don't have any mods but have you HAD mods before?

If removing mods and verifying game files does not correct the problem then you need to do a clean reinstall. Unsubscribe from all Stellaris workshop content, uninstall the game through Steam, exit Steam, delete all Stellaris-related files and folders left on your computer, reboot, then reinstall through Steam. Test the game (without subscribing to any workshop content) to confirm that the problem is fixed.

Thank you for your instant answers!!
I think the problem is solved now by deleting all the files in the folder: steamapps/common/stellaris/events

Start by trying to launch without any mods active (create an empty playset in the launcher), and check if the problem happens. Inspect the checksum tooltip at the bottom of the screen in the main menu, it cannot say "checksum modified".
