basically it hovers arround random planets and whatever planet it does this with that planet gets a boost to sceince until it moves on. HOWEVER I just got a new event with it where it said it wanted to "uplift" our people. SO I agreed to it. Turns out it's been malfunctioning so you will need to send a construction ship to it and repair it. after your sceince ship finishes helping it uplift your people your entire rce gets a 20% exp gain and 10% buff to all sceince output. THIS WAS SO OP! hahah. I had already given as many boost as I could through the genetic enginering path and then I got this event. so now my people have a tottal of 30% boost to all sceinces and a 20% boost to engineering for a tottal of 50% on engineering. soooooooo good. mmm sceince.
