Favourite way to purge xeno-scum?

Personally, I prefer bombing a plant until nothing remains then colonizing it if the plant itself didn't explode. I also enjoy enslaving them and working them to death for the benefit of the Imperium of Mankind.

You gain LOADS of minerals and food, for no real cost.

If you're not a purifier, make them slaves or livestock instead, so you can have SOME diplomatic options as well.

Neutering, I usually play civilized genocide empires, we work for the best of the galaxy, wich of course means that it is habitated only by our superior species, but thats no reason to be cruel to those unfortunate benighted creatures, its just important that not more of them are born into a life of genetical inferiority, so they can slowly and painlessly fade out of existence.

(kinda hate the fact that pops under neutering don't work anymore since 2.2 it makes it a drain and takes away from the "everything is ok, nobody is commiting any atrocity here, citizen"-feeling)
