Xenos replacing founder species ruler jobs
So when I grant citizenship to xenos (yeah haha purge the xenos), for some reason my leadership jobs, which are FILLED by various pops, are automatically replaced by another species' pops when they already have jobs and are not unemployed.

Why the hell is this happening, is this a mod conflict, or just the Pop-job mechanic being prone to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like it always is?

The problem is that the new pops which you're getting are probably more qualified for those jobs than your existing ones - and so the system automatically gives them the job when they arrive.

Not sure if there are mods to fix that, but yeah, it is annoying.
Detukrjobs!
Ah, makes sense. This particular species, they're foxes so I'm cool with them cuz doggos but annoying, have a perk that makes them make more unity so by default they give more unity in those jobs than Humans but I RP the ♥♥♥♥ out of my games and it makes no sense for a human-dominated empire to have 1/3 of its planets be run by aliens.

then modify them so they are no longer fit to do that job

Or downgrade their citizenship status to residency. This way they will be forbidden from occupying ruler jobs.

Of course they are. Why do you think corporations support pro-immigration social activism?
