Federation President?
I am the president of the capitalist federation in my current playthrough, and I have been the president for a long time...(over 20 years or even more) I really am waiting to not be the president so I don't have to command the federation fleet (as our members are all bullies and they keep declaring himiliation war against another small federation as soon as the truce is over, I am busy managing my planets and I want them to fight the war).

Has something changed? I thought the position is to be rotated between members?
